AbstractHealth center management and quality can be seen from the electronic information sistem implemented by officers to provide better services. The government always tries make changes for implementing ePuskesmas sistem. implementation of in each region is expected able improve services even with web-based technology. also it easier users community so that they save time good benefits service recipients. One way done develop a well received its use End User Computing Satsfaction (EUCS) method consisting format factors, content, accuracy, ease use, timeliness. This used looking at technological aspects factors satisfy users. purpose this study was determine relationship between real Puskesmas I, South Denpasar. research uses quantitative design cross sectional design. population 46 sample size 32 5 doctors, 11 nurses, 6 midwives, 1 nutritionist, admissions, IT officer, 2 RM officers. Collecting data using questionnaire analysis Chi Square test obtained p value = 0.012 <0.05. Keywords Satisfaction factor has significant ePuskesmas. Odds Ratio (OR) 11.7 employees who are satisfied increases chance positive perception times compared not based on EUCS factor. results showed there Denpasar.Keyword: (EUCS), ePuskesmas, Net Benefit AbstrakPeningkatan manajemen dan mutu pelayanan dilihat dari informasi elektronik yang diterapkan oleh petugas untuk memberikan kemudahan pelayanan. Populasi berjumlah besar sampel dokter, perawat, bidan, ahli gizi, admisi, IT, RM. Pengumpulan kuesioner analisis Uji diperoleh nilai p=0,012<0,05. Makan disimpulkan bahwa memiliki bermakna Nilai yaitu 11,7 artinya puas meningkatkan peluang persepsi sebesar kali dibandingkan tidak berdasarkan EUCS. Hasil menunjukkan ada antara Selatan.Kata Kunci: Manfaat Nyata
